Sales Manager - Hawalli, Kuwait

A leading company in Hawalli is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an asset)
