Merchandiser (Foreigners Welcome)


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Create eye-catching displays in stores and at events
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences
- Negotiate with vendors for pricing, product placement, and promotional opportunities
- Train store employees on proper product placement and merchandising techniques
- Analyze sales data to track performance of different products and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to create visually appealing displays that drive sales
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month, as well as opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
