Personal Trainer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Sofia. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing individualized fitness programs, guidance and support to clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness goals and develop personalized training programs
- Demonstrate proper techniques and educate clients on exercise form, equipment use, and nutrition
- Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and support
- Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and make necessary adjustments to training programs
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any client concerns or questions
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized workout environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer in a similar setting
- Possess relevant certifications (such as ACE, NASM or ISSA)
- Knowledge of various exercise techniques, equipment and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Passion for health and wellness
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Preferred:
- Fluency in English
- Experience working with diverse clientele
- Previous experience teaching group fitness classes

We offer competitive salary of $1000 per month plus bonuses based on client satisfaction. This is a part time position with potential for full time employment. Accommodation will be provided for non-native speakers upon request. We also offer free visa sponsorship and travel tickets for qualified candidates outside of Sofia.
