Executive Chef for Filipino Cuisine in Al-Khor, Qatar


We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our team in creating authentic Filipino dishes at our restaurant in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a renowned establishment, we are committed to providing our guests with the best dining experience through our delicious cuisine and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create menu items for the Filipino cuisine section of our restaurant
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and safety
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and budgeting to ensure cost-effective operations
- Oversee the quality of ingredients used in all dishes to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with other department heads to plan special events or promotions featuring Filipino cuisine
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Filipino cuisine
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful menus for a busy restaurant
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively train and manage kitchen staff
- Excellent knowledge of authentic Filipino ingredients, recipes, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Good communication skills, fluency in English is required

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with other benefits such as accommodation, transportation, and medical insurance. This is a full-time position but part-time options may be available for highly qualified candidates.
