Teamlead for English Speaking Department in Triesen, Egypt


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teamlead to join our English Speaking Department in Triesen, Egypt. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of English-speaking employees and ensuring the smooth operation of the department. This is a full-time job that requires fluency in English and experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of English-speaking employees
- Set goals and targets for the team
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members
- Handle any escalations or issues within the team
- Ensure smooth communication between team members and other departments
- Collaborate with other department leads to improve processes and efficiency
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport required for non-residents of Egypt

Salary:
