Waiter/Waitress


We are currently hiring a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Mecca. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages to our guests.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining establishment
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Indian nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly smile
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage selections
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy of orders
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any additional requests or concerns
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and workstations
- Assist with setting up for service, restocking supplies, and closing duties
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
