Senior Architect - Clairvaux, Kenya

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Clairvaux, Kenya. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet all necessary requirements and are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process and develop innovative and functional architectural solutions
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Manage project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to keep the project on track
- Oversee a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project completion
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and materials to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design with proven track record of successfully completed projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
