Architectural Designer


We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Atlanta. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs for various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their vision
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other software programs
- Conduct site visits to gather information, take measurements, and assess feasibility of projects
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and can be executed within budget
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into design concepts
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients, project managers, or other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture
- Experience working with commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. The selected candidate must have a valid work visa for Canada. We are open to candidates of all nationalities who meet the job requirements.
