Construction Project Manager

We are currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Mecca. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. Your main duties will include coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This is a contract job with accommodation provided and is suitable for men.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project needs
- Prepare project budgets and schedules, ensuring they are realistic and feasible
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure they stay on track
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including clients, contractors, suppliers, etc.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

This position is located in Mecca.

Language Requirement:
No English language skills are required for this position. However, fluency in Arabic would be an advantage.
