Indian Construction Manager in Mecca


We are a reputable construction company in Mecca seeking an experienced Indian Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects according to client requirements and company standards
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee all aspects of construction including procurement of materials, hiring of subcontractors, and managing labor force
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety protocols are being followed and quality standards are met
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding project updates and changes
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the residential or commercial sector
- Solid knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must hold a valid visa for working in Mecca
