Merchandiser


We are currently hiring a Merchandiser for our company in Lom, Nepal. The ideal candidate should have experience in the retail industry and be able to work full-time without accommodation. A biometric passport is required for this position.

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to promote our products and increase sales. You will also be in charge of monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales data, and making recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product merchandising strategies
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of products
- Analyze sales data and recommend improvements
- Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing and secure favorable terms
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Conduct market research on consumer trends and competitor products
- Train and supervise sales staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Knowledge of inventory management, marketing, and sales techniques
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport is required for this position
