CNC Operator



As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate and manufacture parts according to specifications. You will work with a variety of materials such as metal, plastic, or wood to create precise and accurate products. Your duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, setting up and loading materials into the machine, monitoring the production process, and ensuring that the finished products meet quality standards.

In this role, attention to detail is crucial as you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the machine's measurements and making necessary adjustments as needed. You should also have a good understanding of different cutting tools and their functions to ensure efficient production. Additionally, you will be required to maintain the cleanliness of the machine and work area to ensure a safe working environment.

To excel in this position, you should have excellent technical skills and knowledge of CNC programming software. You should also possess strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production. Good communication skills are also important as you will need to collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Familiarity with CNC programming software
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
