Crane Operator


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a crane operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and objects at construction sites or industrial facilities. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the crane while following all safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes such as mobile, tower, or overhead cranes according to job requirements
- Conduct pre-operational checks on the crane equipment before starting work
- Inspect and maintain the crane regularly to ensure its safe operation
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating the crane
- Communicate effectively with other workers on site to ensure safe movement of materials
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly
- Keep accurate records of daily activities such as hours worked, materials lifted, and maintenance performed
- Report any malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a crane operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid crane operator certification from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
- Familiarity with safety procedures for operating cranes at construction sites or industrial facilities
- Ability to read and understand load charts and blueprints
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Excellent communication skills in order to work effectively with other team members on site
