We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You must have previous experience as a Barista and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is not required, but preferred. Pakistani nationals are welcome to apply for this job.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Educate customers on different coffee options and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed when preparing food items
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and place orders as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks and their preparation methods
- Ability to multitask and handle cash transactions accurately
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on occasion
- Pakistani nationals preferred but not required
