We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at construction sites. This position requires strong technical skills and knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating loaders and other heavy machinery. This is a physically demanding role that may require working in extreme weather conditions. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to load and unload materials at construction sites
- Inspect equipment before operation, report any defects or malfunctions
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate loading operations
- Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
