Equipment Operator


We are searching for a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to assist with various construction and maintenance projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, and loaders
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Complete assigned tasks within specified timelines

Requirements:
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and plans
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills in English

Preferred:
- Experience in construction or land development projects
- Certification or training in equipment operation

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Beer-Sheva, Israel.
