Seasonal Concierge

As a Seasonal Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our luxury resort in Eldoret. This is a temporary position that requires strong communication and organizational skills. Your main duties will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out, making reservations for dining or activities, coordinating transportation, and responding to guest inquiries and requests. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area, as well as handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner.

We are looking for candidates who have previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a concierge or front desk agent. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.

As this is a seasonal position, the working hours may vary depending on the needs of the resort. Some weekends and holidays may be required. Accommodation will be provided for out-of-town employees, as well as a free visa and ticket.
