English Tutor in Malindi, Kenya


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group lessons to students of various ages and skill levels. Your main goal will be to improve their English language proficiency and help them achieve their academic or personal goals. Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals.
- Provide engaging and interactive lessons that incorporate reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Use various teaching methods and materials to keep students engaged and motivated.
- Assess students' progress regularly and provide feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement.
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and fosters students' confidence in using English.
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English language, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an English Tutor or Teacher.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong knowledge of teaching methods and materials for second language acquisition.
- Patient, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching.
- Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Kenya.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Malindi, Kenya. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Malindi.
