Sales Manager - Dubai


We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with clients in the African market. This is a contract role with a competitive salary of 900$ per month, plus accommodation. We are urgently looking for an English-speaking candidate with a proven track record in sales and strong communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in the African market
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to drive sales
- Conduct research on the market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
- Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management
- Travel within Africa as needed to meet with clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the African market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel within Africa as needed
