Computer Support Specialist (Part Time)
We are seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks. This position is part-time with the potential for full-time hours in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person or remotely
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Set up computer equipment for new users
- Ensure proper functioning of computer systems and networks
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance, and upgrades
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends in technical issues and provide input for improving processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, hardware components, software applications, networking protocols, security protocols, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills
- Availability to work part-time with potential for full-time hours in the future

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Beer-Sheva. Candidates must have valid work authorization for Israel.
