Waiter - Indian Cuisine (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)


We are a newly opened restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, specializing in Indian cuisine. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Prepare and serve drinks and dishes as per restaurant standards
- Ensure timely delivery of food items from kitchen to tables
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with the food and service
- Handle any guest complaints or special requests in a prompt and courteous manner
- Process bill payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter in an Indian restaurant
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving abilities

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The salary offered is 1000$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so we prefer candidates who are already based in Jeddah or have their own accommodation arrangements. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.
