Mason Supervisor


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our construction team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons on our projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons to ensure timely completion of projects
- Plan and schedule work assignments for masons, taking into account project deadlines and priorities
- Train new masons and ensure they adhere to safety protocols and construction standards
- Monitor the quality of work performed by masons and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment needed for masonry work
- Communicate with clients and contractors to address any issues or concerns that may arise during projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction or masonry preferred
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of various masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills with fluency in Arabic (English proficiency is an advantage)
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions
