Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Remish. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful completion of the project within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor project budget and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget constraints
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding project updates and changes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and safety protocols
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for foreigners (if applicable)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1600$ per month
