We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. This is a contract position with a monthly salary of $1100.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Set up computer networks and ensure their smooth operation
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on computer systems
- Train clients on how to use new software or hardware
- Keep track of all client interactions and resolutions in a detailed manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Customer service oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
