IT Support Specialist - Entry Level

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on how to use various computer systems and applications.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Escalate issues as needed to senior support staff or management.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and technical solutions provided.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, MacOS) and office productivity tools (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Salary: $1700 per month
