We are a busy bakery located in the bustling city of Sheduva, seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an Indian national with excellent English speaking skills and is able to work full time with accommodation provided. This is an urgent position that requires a skilled baker who can handle a high volume of orders and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Ensure all products are made with high quality ingredients and meet food safety standards
- Monitor ovens, mixers, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior staff members on baking techniques and safety procedures
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a busy bakery setting
- Knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, and baking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines for orders
- Strong attention to detail for consistent quality control
- Good communication skills in English to work with diverse team members
