Machine Learning Engineer


We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and computer science with experience in programming languages such as Python or R.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning models to improve business processes and solve complex problems.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to train machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to implement solutions.
- Identify new opportunities for the use of machine learning within the company.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning techniques and tools.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or related role.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, deep learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data preprocessing and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
