We are seeking a friendly and attentive Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Khasab, Oman. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting them with their needs and requests during their stay. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and activities
- Arrange special requests such as room decorations or surprise gifts
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of all hotel services and facilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Keep inventory of available rooms and rates for walk-in guests
- Monitor guest feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
- Assist with luggage handling when needed

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
