Teamlead for Biometric Passport Processing in Karachi, Pakistan


We are hiring a Teamlead for our biometric passport processing team in Karachi, Pakistan. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team and ensuring efficient processing of biometric passports. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of passport processing agents.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of biometric passports.
- Monitor team performance and provide necessary feedback and coaching.
- Train new team members on passport processing procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on team productivity.
- Handle any escalated customer inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in passport or visa processing is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Conditions:
This position is based in Karachi, Pakistan. It is a full-time role, working Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
