Crane Operator in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Nepali Crane Operator to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a crane operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of cranes to lift, move, position, and place heavy loads. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth and timely completion of construction projects while adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Interpret and follow blueprints or signals from supervisors to determine load placement
- Safely lift and move heavy materials using the crane's hoist, boom, or jib
- Ensure that all loads are properly secured before lifting
- Communicate effectively with ground crew using hand signals or radio communications
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly to ensure safety
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane as needed
- Keep accurate records of daily activities including work performed, materials moved, and hours worked

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a crane operator with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Valid crane operator certification from an accredited organization
- Knowledge of crane operation techniques, rigging procedures, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this full-time job is 1600 USD per month.
