Executive Chef
We are searching for a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al Buraymi. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and food production, including menu planning, food quality, and staff management. You will also be in charge of creating new dishes and ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan menus according to customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality by conducting regular taste tests
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Create new dishes and update existing recipes to keep the menu fresh and appealing
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with a creative mindset
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Preference for Indian nationals with prior experience in English-speaking environments.
