We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Chef who specializes in Malayalee cuisine and is proficient in English. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and leading a team of cooks to create delicious authentic Malayalee dishes. Your creativity and passion for food will be essential in developing new menu items and maintaining the quality and consistency of our dishes. You must have a strong knowledge of traditional Malayalee cooking techniques and ingredients, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively lead and train your team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as a chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and be a part of our growing team in Al Buraymi.

Salary: 1400$ per month

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef specializing in Malayalee cuisine
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of traditional Malayalee cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to lead and train a team of cooks
- Creative, passionate, and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
