Land Surveyor


A reputable land surveying company in Los Angeles is looking for a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing accurate measurements and data for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys using various tools and equipment to measure and map land areas
- Analyzing survey data, maps, and other documents to determine the location of boundaries, buildings, roads, and other features
- Preparing detailed reports and drawings based on survey findings
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction workers to ensure accurate placement of structures or features
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data and equipment used
- Adhering to all safety standards and regulations while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, levels, etc.
- Knowledge of industry software such as AutoCAD or GIS is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with own visa sponsorship available. We welcome applicants from all nationalities but prefer candidates with Pakistani or Kenyan nationality. English-speaking proficiency is required.
