Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management or related field preferred
- Prior experience in visual merchandising or retail management
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and train a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and brand guidelines
- Train and supervise merchandisers on proper product placement, display techniques, and promotional strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective merchandising plans that drive sales and increase brand visibility
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement or new product placements
- Develop relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate effective communication and implementation of merchandising strategies
- Monitor inventory levels at each store location, coordinating with warehouse team as needed for restocking or returns
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform future merchandising strategies
