Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Siauliai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions for our clients. As a senior member of our development team, you will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Software Developer
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C++, Python)
- Experience with web development frameworks (e.g. Angular, React)
- Familiarity with database design and management (e.g. SQL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates)
