We are hiring a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Utena. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Your role will also involve maintaining a clean and organized work station, taking orders, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to our established recipes and standards
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records
- Keep the work area clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different coffee blends, brewing methods, and latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage)
- Ability to work well under pressure with strong multitasking skills
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Must have or be willing to obtain a biometric passport for international travel purposes (preferably Indian nationality)
