Barista - Seasonal


We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team for the upcoming seasonal period in Utena. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment, taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating delicious drinks and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- No previous experience required
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Utena

Responsibilities:
- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to established recipes
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Provide friendly and attentive service to customers
- Follow food safety standards and health regulations
- Assist with restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Passion for coffee making

Salary:
Starting salary of 1100$ per month.
