Executive Chef Assistant

We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Executive Chef Assistant to join our team in Multan. As an Executive Chef Assistant, you will work directly under the guidance of our Executive Chef to assist in managing and overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in menu planning and creation, ensuring variety and quality of dishes
- Help with food ordering and inventory management
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure they adhere to sanitation and safety regulations
- Train new kitchen employees on cooking techniques, recipes, and kitchen procedures
- Support the Executive Chef in maintaining high levels of food quality, presentation, and taste
- Assist in creating and adjusting recipes as needed based on customer feedback or ingredient availability
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and other staff members to ensure timely service and smooth operations
- Keep track of kitchen expenses, budgeting for supplies and equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role (preferably in a fine dining establishment)
- Strong understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredient pairings, and flavor profiles
- Knowledge of inventory management procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for menu planning purposes
- Culinary degree or related certification is preferred but not required

Salary: 1100$ per month
Location: Multan (accommodation provided)
Working hours: Full-time
