Restaurant Manager - Contract Position in Dubai


Our well-established restaurant in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our high standards for food quality, service, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, budget, and customer service.
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menu items and ensure food quality meets our standards.
- Oversee the cleanliness of the restaurant to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for customers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
- Create weekly schedules to optimize staffing levels while controlling labor costs.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and customer service principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Dubai. The ideal candidate should already be living in or willing to relocate to Dubai for the duration of the contract.

Accommodation:
This is a contract position without accommodation provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own accommodation during their stay in Dubai.
