Restaurant Manager - Dubai (For Non-Native English Speakers)

As a Restaurant Manager in Dubai, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings. You will be managing a team of employees, handling schedules, training and development, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising a team of employees to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Ensuring that all food safety and health regulations are strictly followed.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation by regularly monitoring the kitchen operations.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to create new dishes and update menus according to seasonal availability.
- Developing strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining cost control.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- A keen eye for detail with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- A strong understanding of food safety regulations.
