Our upscale restaurant in Doha is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and a strong background in fine dining.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in creating and implementing menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and elevate our cuisine
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Manage food cost by minimizing waste and controlling portion sizes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and plating standards
- Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
