Courier Supervisor - Ar Rumaythiyah

As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of couriers in Ar Rumaythiyah. Your main responsibility will be to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages to our clients. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of couriers, including scheduling their routes and assigning tasks
- Train new couriers on company policies and procedures
- Monitor the performance of couriers and provide feedback for improvement
- Communicate with clients regarding their delivery needs and resolve any concerns or complaints
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate package sorting and loading onto delivery vehicles
- Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and report any issues to the appropriate department
- Keep track of inventory levels and order necessary supplies for the courier team
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the courier team while on the road

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the courier or logistics industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Ar Rumaythiyah roads and neighborhoods is preferred but not required
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions when needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with accommodation for foreign employees.
