We are searching for a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a bustling restaurant in Clairvaux. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, exceptional communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure. This position is open to both Kenyan nationals and foreigners with fluency in English. Accommodation is not provided, but visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, take orders, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and promptly addressing any issues or requests
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS system
- Maintain clean tables and dining areas
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have legal authorization to work in Clairvaux
