Office Manager in Mauren - Part Time with Accommodation

We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Mauren. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including coordinating schedules, handling administrative tasks, and overseeing office supplies. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth functioning of daily tasks
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for employees
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork
- Oversee office budget and ordering of supplies
- Maintain a tidy and organized office space
- Assist with onboarding new employees and training on office procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred
