We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on equipment such as plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, etc.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and provide solutions to resolve them
- Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and accurately to minimize downtime
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance work
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with other team members to coordinate tasks and schedules

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if needed
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques as required by the job
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Availability for occasional overtime or emergency calls if needed
