Entry-Level Restaurant Manager (Al-Malikiyah, Syria)
We are seeking an entry-level Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive work environment for our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures to increase profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items or make changes to existing ones.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss any updates or changes in policies or procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience working in a restaurant setting is an advantage but not required.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
Salary: 1000$ per month
