Smelter Operator

Our smelting company in Osijek is seeking a skilled and experienced Smelter Operator to join our team. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the smelting equipment, monitoring the production process, and ensuring the quality of the final product. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in smelting and who have their own valid work visa for Croatia. As a Smelter Operator, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating and monitoring the smelting equipment to ensure efficient production processes
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production
- Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the equipment
- Inspecting and testing the quality of the final product
- Following safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicating with team members to coordinate production schedules and tasks

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience working as a Smelter or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of smelting processes and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina to handle heavy machinery and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
