Smelter Operator

As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment and machinery to melt and refine metal ores and produce pure metals. Your main duties include monitoring and adjusting smelting processes, maintaining equipment, analyzing samples, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a hot and potentially hazardous environment. This full-time position in Osijek is suitable for men of Indian nationality who have strong English language skills, as well as accommodation and visa sponsorship provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment and monitor processes to ensure efficient production
- Adjust temperature, flow rates, and other variables to maintain quality control
- Analyze samples using various methods to ensure purity of metals
- Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any issues or malfunctions immediately to superiors
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role preferred
- Physically fit and able to work in a hot environment for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work full time without prior experience
- Indian nationality preferred
- Accommodation and visa sponsorship provided
