Construction Manager - Nizwa

Manage the construction process from start to finish ensuring quality, safety and efficiency. Oversee budget management, materials procurement and personnel management. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project is completed on time and within budget. Monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Create project plans, schedules and timelines. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders. Must have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. Prior experience in a similar role preferred but willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

Salary: $1500/month
