Office Assistant



As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office. Your main duties will include answering and directing incoming calls, managing the filing system, organizing documents and maintaining office supplies. You will also assist with scheduling appointments, entering data into spreadsheets, and preparing reports as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and data entry experience are also essential. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in an office setting.

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Candidates must be fluent in English and hold their own visa. Accommodation will not be provided for this role. Indian nationals are preferred for this position.
